  1. Use a Windows PC that has internet connection
  2. Connect it to the BMS controller

  3. Download and run the Ammyy software from us or from the Ammyy site (*)

    • FireFox:

      • "Save File"
      • Find the AMMYY_Admin.exe file in your downloads folder, or do Ctrl-J to see the download list: Ammy will the the top item
      • Double-click the AMMYY_Admin.exe file to run it
    • Internet Explorer:
      • "Do you want to run or save this file?"; Click "Run"
    • You will get as many as 3 different dialogs asking you for permission to continue: accept each one
    • The Ammyy window opens
    • Click the "Client" tab
    • Press Start

  4. Contact us

    • Tell us the ID ("your ID" at the top of the Ammyy window)
    • When prompted, click "Accept"
  5. We will work with you, through your computer, to try to resolve the issues you are experiencing

(*) Alternatively, if Ammyy does not work: install the TeamViewer remote access software that we sent you or from the TeamViewer site ("For the instant customer: TeamViewer QuickSupport")
