Serial Number and Rev: how to find the serial number / revision number
Damaged controllers: how BMS controllers can be damaged
Dead: nothing works
Serial Port: problems using the RS232 serial port to talk to or program the BMS controller
Fault: the BMS reports a fault
Limits: the BMS is limiting the current
Charging/Discharging: Won't allow charging or discharging, or won't disable charging or discharging
Balancing: Balancing is not as expected
Measured Data: BMS doesn't report expected values: voltage, temperature, current
Counted Data: BMS doesn't report expected values: time, number of cycles
Calculated Data: BMS doesn't report expected values: SOC, SOH, CCL, DCL, actual resistance, actual capacity
Isolation Test: Set-up isolation test; BMS doesn't detect isolation loss correctly
Logic Inputs: won't respond to on/off inputs: contactor control, interlock
Analog Inputs: doesn't read current sensor inputs properly
Logic Outputs: on/off outputs (FLT, HLIM, LLIM, Fan) don't work as expected
Contactors: Issues with the relays / contactors
Analog Outputs: 0~5 V outputs (SOC, CCL and DCL ) don't work as expected
CAN: problems with the CAN bus or data on it
Configuring: problems with configuring (programming the settings) the BMS

Cell board installation: unexpected behavior during installation: other than 2 blinks, sparks, smoke
