Lithiumate™ ICs for Lithium Ion BMS
Make your own BMS, using Elithion schematics and integrated circuits (chips)
Elithion offers a standard set of BMS chip (integrated circuits) that you can use in your own battery development.
- By using our design, your development time for a new battery pack is slashed
- You control your manufacturing process and stock
- You control your costs
The BMS uses 2 pre-programmed micro-controllers:
- EL01: Lithiumate™ cell-board core, one required for every cell in series
- EL02: Lithiumate™ BMS controller, one required per system

The cost of the assemblies is estimated to be on the order of:
- Cell boards: US$ 1.50, plus US$ 3.00 for the EL01 chip, per cell in series, in 10,000s
- Controllers: US$30, plus US$ 20 fcr the EL02 chip, per system, in 1000s
May not be used in military applications nor in life support applications.
These are the development process steps:
- You get an Elithion Lithiumate™ BMS and qualify it, to make sure it will work for you
- Elithion provides you with sufficient techical information so you may do a cost analysis
- You sign a contract that says that you will use Elithion's proprietary information only with Elithion chips
- You hire Elithion's services to guide you theough the set-up
- Elithion provides you with schematic diagrams, sample PCB layouts, test fisture information, etc
- You develop your own BMS electronic assemblies using the proprietary information that Elithion gives you
- You order any quantity you wish of Elithion chips
- You manufacture your own BMS using Elithion chips
