In 2006 Ann co-founded Hybrids Plus, where she developed the management systems.
There, she had the deepest understanding of both the PHEV technology and PHEV market, and the clearest view of how the technology and market deserved to be developed.
Davide Andrea, Engineer
Davide Andrea is the owner of Elithion LLC, founded in August 2008 with the goal of making his Lithium Ion Battery Management System technology available to an industry searching for Li-Ion BMS solutions. He brings to Elithion an unique ability to develop all aspects of BMS and battery products (software, electronic hardware - analog, digital, power, and mechanical design) in a rapid and effective manner. Previously, Davide co-founded Hybrids Plus, where, using his BMS technology, he developed Prius and Escape PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid) conversions. There, he also developed the Inverger™, a bidirectional Charger / Inverter for V2G (Vehicle To Grid) applications. Previously, Davide offered electronic consulting services through DAVIDE, DBA. Davide has 25 years experience in electronics design, a BS is Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (University of Colorado, 1982), and 3 years experience in the Li-Ion Battery Management System field. Arthur Fowler, Technician Arthur provides a variety of technical services to Elithion, bringing his experience and creativity to the product development process. Arthur has a Bachelor of Science and Economics From Lewis and Clark College in Portland Oregon in 1994.
Doug Werner, PE, Thermal engineer Doug is a a mechanical engineer with 30 years experience. He owns Douglas Engineering, a consulting engineering company specializing in thermal-mechanical engineering and design, in business since 1991. Some of his recent projects include mechanical design and analysis, cooling of electronic equipment, thermal analysis, cryogenics, biotechnology, medical instruments, and analytical support of industrial design.
Scot Colburn, Contract designer Scot Colburn loves to program little microprocessors. He has a BS in Math from UCD and a MS in Telecommunications from CU. Scot served as part of the KillaCycle pit crew in Las Vegas and Phoenix when the KillaCycle drag-bike first broke and then broke again the world-record quarter-mile elapsed time for an electric vehicle. Scot has worked as a network engineer at NCAR and a PC technician in Antarctica.
Scott Fullerton, Advisor Scott is a 25 year veteran of several successful domestic and international software and manufacturing startups. These include Model N, a leader in revenue management software, where he served as Senior Director, Customer Engineering; and Advanced Lighting Technologies, a developer and manufacturer of high efficiency lighting, where he was President of its Metal Halide Technologies subsidiary and General Manager, International Business Development. He has participated in all aspects of the business lifecycle from formation, financing and high growth through M&A, divestiture and IPO. He currently splits his time between mentoring startups and commercialization of emerging technologies.
