We provide various way of obtaining tech support on any of our products.

  • Direct clients: we give you free factory support.
  • Others: We ask clients of resellers to always ask their reseller for support first: they have a wealth of knowledge on these systems, as well as others, we work very closely with them on up-to-date changes on the technology, and they are often more available to help with immediate concerns. If you call us, we will ask you if you have worked with your reseller first.

Price Free Free Free $ 25 every 15 minutes or portion thereof, payable by Paypal, or credit card. $ 50 every 15 minutes or portion thereof, payable by Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card.

In some cases we may need to schedule a call at a mutually convenient time.

At our prerogative, we may hire the services of an indepependent contractor to help you instead.

Contact your reseller Join the Lithiumate forum or Lithiumind forum, as appropriate, and ask other users We suggest you contact LithiumStart, a battery manufacturer with experience in Lithiumate installations.

Elithion and LithiumStart are independent of each other and neither is responsible for the other's actions.

We would appreciate feedback on LithiumStart's performance.
