We provide various way of obtaining tech support on any of our products.
- Direct clients: we give you free factory support.
- Others: We ask clients of resellers to always ask their reseller for support first:
they have a wealth of knowledge on these systems, as well as others, we work very closely with them on up-to-date changes on the technology, and they are often more available to help with immediate concerns.
If you call us, we will ask you if you have worked with your reseller first.
