    • 1st Joined an ongoing lawsuit against EV Components, which owes $ 12848 to Elithion.
  • Aug 2010
    • 26th Джеймс Моррисон , owner of ЕВ Компоненты , threatens to sue Davide for a blog entry talking about that company's bankruptcy hearing, unless the blog is removed within 1 day
    • 26th Meeting to hash out a strategically significant alliance with another company
    • 15th~20th Visited the North West: Seattle WA, Portland OR, to attend the bankruptcy hearing of EV Components which owes $ 12848 to Elithion, and to meet business partners.
    • 6th Shipped a $ 32 K order within 24 hours of receipt of payment
    • 4th Received a $ 66 K order from Europe
  • July 2010
    • 22nd Performed ESD testing on the entire product line
    • 21st Finally received a large payment for an invoice that was 4 months old (now the only non-collectible amount is the $ 12848.00 from EV Components)
    • 8th Started the design of the Lithiumotive product line

    • 8th KTA Services becomes a reseller
    • 6th Lightning Motors' EV motorcycle, using a Lithiumate BMS, wins the 2nd round of the TTXGP race.

    • 18th Fastest order yet: 2 hours from order to shipping, for 10 systems.
    • 16th Lightning Motors EV motorcycle (with Lithiumate) takes 2nd spot in the TTXGP race
    • 10th Started a blog
    • 6th Politecnico di Torino race HEV (with Lithiumate) wins the Formula Hybrid Race
    • 3-6th Attended the 2010 Formula Hybrid Race as a design judge.

    • 29 - Ann Colcord takes over Elithions' operations
    • 7 - The manager of a major manufacturer of BMS chips pays a visit
    • 3 - Had the pleasure of riding in a prototype EV step van, while monitoring the Lithiumate™ BMS, which worked flawlessly

    • 22 - Shipped 2 systems (one early), and now we're all caught up: no backorders!

    • 7-11 - Visit clients in the Bay Area to help them set-up their BMSs
    • 6 - Shipped the BMS for a PHEV conversion: a Ford Escape for a cell manufacturer
    • 6 - First large order for cell boards, placed with QSC

    • 31 - First order for a BMS for a PHEV conversion: a Ford Escape (for a cell manufacturer)
    • 31 - Shipped the BMS to the University of Vermont, AERO
    • 23 - First set of 20 BMS controllers manufactured by QSC
    • 17 - First shipment of standard Li-Ion BMS product for prismatic cells
    • 16 - First shipment of standard Li-Ion BMS product for small cylindrical cells
    • 13 - Having been a 1/3 owner of Hybrids Plus, Davide rertuned his stock to Hybrids Plus, in exchange for immediate repayment of outstanding loans; in so doing, the two parties signed a mutual release
